This ride cymbal has a warm sound with a dark tone and has a good blend of ping and shimmer. The Classic Series is Turkish Cymbals' most versatile series. These cymbals are Turkish's standard professional line. Weight and hammering will probably remind you of the legendary old Zildjian K's. The sound range differs from dark and over full-bodied to bright tones, including all contemporary crash sounds. This extensive range of fully hand-hammered and lathed cymbals reflect the famous history of cymbal making in Istanbul.

A low sustained, dry and controlled sound. It has a unique stick definition and a great warm bell.
The unique finish of the Rhythm and Soul (R&S) line is the result of a quick acid bath and very light lathing. This gives the cymbals a bright, but not brilliant, color and leaves behind the pits of the hammer marks for a slightly raw appearance. The entire surface of the cymbal is hammered, save the bell, which is sparsely lathed on top and totally unlathed underneath. These models sport a low-profile bell and a fairly shallow bow, which contributes to their strong stick definition and dry wash. They are in the medium-light range and have a decent amount of flex. The hi-hats have a slightly steeper bell and a more dramatic bow, which gives them a somewhat brighter character, and they’re proportionally heavier and less flexible than the rides and crashes.

Perfect blend of spread and shimmer, bright sounding cup, excellent stick definition with a woody feel.
Harmonic sound provides added depth in this ride. The Millennium rides are finished with a bright, polished surface on top and bottom. The lathing on the bell is tight and concentric. On the bow, it expands to a width that is nearly double-spaced down the entire surface, all the way to the edge. These are thinner cymbals with lower weights. They utilize deeper lathing and undergo a meticulous hand-hammering process that gives them a darker and richer, more traditional sound.

The Rock Beat Raw Series cymbals are even heavier than the Rock Beat line, in order to provide more cut and more volume you would expect from a rock model. The Rock Beat Raw Series has also brilliant finish. Made similar to the Kurak Series with one major difference, which is a special polishing process. Because of the added lustre and radiance, you will notice the big hammering marks on the top and the bottom side.
