Shipping Policy

 

•    Free Shipping applies only to the Continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii excluded). The method of the free shipping service will be determined by Cymbal Planet, depending on the order.

•    Some items, such as accessories, drumsticks, etc. may not be qualified for free shipping. Only cymbals and certain large orders qualify for free shipping in the continental U.S.

•    Shipping is not free for international orders. However, there might be exceptions to this for large orders and this decision is up to Cymbal Planet.

•    Cymbal orders and/or orders over $100 will require a direct signature upon delivery. This procedure requires a signature from a responsible party at the delivery destination. The direct signature option cannot be removed once an order has been shipped. Please contact Cymbal Planet prior to placing an order to see if you would like to make changes to this policy.

•    Orders less than $100 will NOT require a direct signature upon delivery and Cymbal Planet cannot be held responsible for lost packages after delivery. Please contact the shipping company directly for lost packages.

•    If a package requiring a direct signature cannot be signed for, and if the package gets returned to Cymbal Planet, the original shipping charge will not be eligible for reimbursement or a refund. In most cases, we will be able to re-route to the nearest shipping location to hold for pickup.

•    Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order date/time, we will do our best to ship your order ASAP.

•    Cymbal Planet does not ship orders out on Saturdays or Sundays.
